It's all relative but for £38 it was great value, the bed was very comfortable, amenities were basic. I had a room facing the motorway, the noise was not intrusive, and it didn't bother me and I had the window open all night. The hotel was quiet and there was little disturbance from other residents. The receptionist was helpful and friendly. I would stay here again for a stopover.

It's a location we have stayed at a few times recently, it's because our daughter has been a patient at the QE Hospital Edgbaston for almost 7 weeks. Also being dog friendly has helped, because we don't like him going into kennels. Thankfully our daughter was discharged on Christmas Eve and allowed back home to South Wales. Considering this location is closed to the motorway, was reasonably quiet, so we had a good night's sleep, apart from a few noisey patrons

Southbound very good and convenient. I tried to book Northbound Travelodge on return journey. Even though we were told there was one, THERE ISN'T. We were then told to book southbound again, told to come off on northbound, then come out of services and cross the bridge. You can't without contravening No Entry signs. So you have to carry on to the next junction and come back. Same as joining northbound from Southbound, you can't and there are CAMERAS. Access is only by driving a-country roads to the next junction. (20 minutes drive) so DON'T Book the southbound Travelodge if your traveling north.

Not the best travelodge around, but for £42 for the night it worked well for us to visit Warwick Castle and Cadbury world. Stating the hotel has been refreshed is a bit of an understatement, a lick of paint and usb chargers on the sockets it’s really the refresh the website claimed. Bathroom was a bit dirty, bed had a tear on it and marks were on the walls, but it did the job! Staff were really friendly. 3.5/5

I seem to stay here on a regular basis due to business. Always friendly helpful staff & the rooms are generally clean & tidy. Recommend unless your looking for something like the Hilton, then this place is not for you.

Easy to access from the the south bound carriage way, but the access road isn't well sign posted from the north bound services. The rooms, downstairs, all seem to be family rooms, 2 single and 1 double. It's showing it's age but has always been clean and tidy whenever we've visited. The staff are friendly and helpful and have happily delt with our children when booking in. It's a cheap stop over for wherever you are travelling to in the Birmingham area.

Stayed here twice now and both times ot's been amazing. Staff really helpful, rooms very clean and tidy and the staff vacant do enough to help. It was really busy the second time but we were amazed how quiet it is while in there, you wouldn't think tou were by the motorway or less than 20 minutes from the City centre. Great place to stop if your travelling or to get into Birmingham.

Wow, an amazing experience! The room was spotless, you could see you face in the taps on both the sink and bath/shower. This was a disabled room and there was plenty of space, a good sized bed, two comfortable chairs and we had a great night's sleep. I'd like to thank the domestic staff that keep these rooms so clean. I really hope that they get recognition for their hard work. I'd highly recommend this Travelodge.
